sketchucation extension store window blank

After signing into Sketchucation, I downloaded and installed Sketchucation's ExtensionStore 4.4.1 from within Sketchup 2020 desktop. When I click on "ExtensionStore" from the drop-down menu I get a blank window with "ExtensionStore v4.4.1" in the title bar. The other items from the drop-down menu appear to be working well. Based on what I've seen on the website, there should be a display of some sort. What am I doing wrong?

Did you restart SketchUp? Are there any errors in the Ruby Console?
