Vector pushpull throwing up error "argument not valid"

Hi, when i try to use the Vector Push Pull tool it throws up an error saying "argument not valid" I have no idea why as I am following a very simple example. It seems to generate the push pull, but when I go to complete it, it barfs.below is the .txt.

many factors could be the cause. From outdated extensions to troublesome geometry.
If you shared the file and versions of JPP and Libfredo you are running it would be helpful.
