This is an evolution of that last glass structure I designed. Twin-t floors. Too much glass but there it is. Too much glass in high rises = bird killers. Not good.

I wouldn't want to live here. When I was younger I was curious about city living. Today is no longer the case. I think high density housing is awful.

So here's this rendering. Soon to be replaced by plastic AI renderings. The cost of living continues to climb. Even renting a stupid apartment is far too costly. It's the American dream!

Very nice renders. Like you not a fan of the glass monoliths. That said it’s still a clean design and presentation.

@tuna1957 Thanks. Back in the day they would pay good money for a rendering like this. Now you can get something like this from Laos for $150. Soon that will be gone too.

Great renders, there is supposed to be a non refelctive glass finish hat causes less of a problem for birds but perhaps that is just rocking horse droppings and PP memory.

Split things up. Far less glass.

Actually is more inviting looking without as much glass. 👍

I agree, Less glass seems more... private? I like it as well. I'm also a fan of old school mid century style, which I see in the concrete beam work.

That said, yes, I am no longer a fan of beehive life.

                Also, excellent renders!

@Bryan-K Thanks. Beehive as in neighbors that manage to be loud even with concrete floors? Slamming doors. Slamming kitchen cabinets. Dropping 100 lbs objects on the floor. Kicking a soccer ball against a party wall. Setting off fireworks from the balcony. Constantly partying. Skate boarding in the apartment...
