The face must be a four sided figure with opposite sides of equal length. Run plugin, select face, select edge to be moved. Point to new location or keyin dimension desired. Left click to finish.

What Happen to the plugin? It just stopped working. I select the face and select the edge and i move the edge and then when I select the new edge location it completely crashes SketchUp with no warning or bug-splat just a direct crash?!?

The author no longer supports any of his extensions.
This one is almost 14 years old !
Are you sure you are following the directions ?
With the Ruby Console open, before using it, do you see any messages ? -
I was afraid of that! It is super old but such a great little time saver. Yes I've been using it for years. Love this app. I have just noticed that my work computer is the one having the problem while my home computer works perfectly. Not sure if it was the introduction of 2025 to the work computer that made it error out or what? I don't have 2025 on my home computer. I've also asked a few at the office that is having the same problem... So maybe its a company issue? Thanks for reaching out. I will double check with the Ruby Console and see if I'm getting any messages. I've been working on my own version but having a little issues doing exactly what I need. Will continue to investigate.
Thanks again, -
It might be a relatively easy edit to fix it.
But the Ruby Console errors are needed... -
Is there a way to read the Ruby Console if SketchUp Completely crashes? There are no errors in the Ruby Console when i start but when i use the plug-in it lets me select the face, select the edge and then when i place (rubber band) the edge to the new place and click the button. its a full close of SketchUp?
