He has run many times he absolutely spends millions on adds pre election, get this, he send an SMS to every person in Australia " I do not believe in spam electioneering by SMS, and if I get in I will ban it' He spent millions (about 18 million I believe) and he came in well behind the Marijuana part who spent nothing.
