Releasing ALL licenses

Hello everyone I need help, I am trying to release license seats for pluggins. ALL seats seem to be taken even thought I do not have access to my pluggin. I want to realase all seats and usually see the option to; however in this case I do not see any option to release seats. Please help! thank you !

Please run the Window > Libfredo Settings > Fredo6 Plugins Information for Sketchucation Support menu command in SketchUp and copy/paste the output into your reply.
