ERRO DE COMUNICAÇÃO COM O SKETCHUCATION NA HORA DE INSTALAR A LICENÇA

Olá, tudo bem? Comprei o pacote de Licenças da Fredo6 Collections e na hora de instalar as licenças está aparedendo a seguinte frase: "Sorry - An error occured in the communication with Sketchukation".
Já reiniciei o Sketchup, o computador, já desloguei o loguei novamente, e continua aparecendo a mesma frase. O que faço para ser solucionado?
