Have a perpetual licence for Sketchup Pro 2017, new to Sketchup and after plugin cutlist
-
Hi all,
I’ve owned Sketchup 2017 Professional (perpetual licence). I haven’t really used it yet but purchased it in 2017 with the perpetual licence as I didn’t want to upgrade every year. I only want it to build woodworking plans and get a cut list etc. Is this the right site to get plugins for the software version I own?I am a complete noob/newbie with Sketchup and will probably only ever use it to make woodworking plans for personal use diy. I’m sorry if this has been answered in an earlier thread, discussion.

@Rich-O-Brien Thank-you for the quick reply, I thought that my licence was useless once Sketchup ended the perpetual licences. The Sketchup website seems only any good for subscribers or if you want to use a limited web version. This software perpetual licence I purchased back in 2017 cost me £582 (inc of VAT). Back in 2017 there were nearly 2 American dollars to the Great British Pound, quite an outlay for me at the time.

@Bomber1968 You may encounter issues where modern extensions won't work on legacy versions.
But it's easy to simply ignore those and keep on trucking.
