Sketchup toolbar collaps every time

when I tried to open sketchup file my toolbars collapsing every time. I arranged couple of time but when I reopened i collapsing every time. what I have to do. Please help me to fix tis

Problems like this can be related to the incorrect installation of SketchUp.
This leads to wrong permissions and settings not getting saved.
You can try this - it will do no harm - close SketchUp, find the installer's exe file [in Downloads?], select its icon and right-click > context-menu > Run as administrator...
When prompted, choose 'Repair'.
When it's done try opening SketchUp and changing some toolbar settings, close and reopen to see if it's any better... -
