Hi, I am trying to create electrical symbol scrapbooks. When I create a symbol (for example a TV point which is a circle with the letters TV in it) and I re-scale the symbol, the text no longer fits into the circle, without me changing the font size.

I have tried lots of different things, including importing the symbol as a png file, but then it is very pixelated. How can I create a scrapbook of electrical symbols that can be used on different scaled floor plans?

Text created in SketchUp won't scale with the geometry. You could create the symbols in SketchUp using 3D Text (it can be created without extrusion) so the text is geometry as is the circle or other shape. Then you can set the scale for the resulting viewports in LayOut when you create the scrapbook page. Either leave them as viewports linked to the SketchUp file or render then as Vector and explode them to create scaled drawing entities.
