Shortcuts reseting to default

Hi.
Today, after running my files, I found that all settings had been reset. Unfortunately, I didn't have them exported to an external file. So all keyboard shortcuts, tools etc have been reset. What is the reason for this? Is there any way to restore it? Why did this happen?

Search your system for Preferences.dat
What does the Extensions > Sketchucation > My Shortcuts menu show as your shortcuts?

None I know of but most likely user intervention in some way

If you have a restore point on your device you could roll back

Considering the absence of info its hard to say. I don't know what 'running my files' means.
