There are two lines that meets in the end. One of the line is in a group. If I try to explode a group - two lines merges way before they meet in the end.
Is there any way to avoid this when exploding?

        So I found an answer.
SketchUp has an internal tolerance of 0.0254mm (0.001 inch). It merges endpoints with distances less than 0.0254 mm apart.

My model needs an accuracy of 0.001mm

The suggestion that I got was to use meters and pretend that they are millimeters.

Try scaling your model up by 10X or 100X. You can either keep working at a larger scale or scale it down in between routines.
