Cancelling order

I ordered FredoCorner but found that Roundcorner is far enough for me.
How can I cancel this order (I did not downloaded it) and place a new order for Roudcorner?

The support did answer in a positive way and canceled my order so I could place another one (cheaper).

I dont know how I can close this topic but if anyone can do it: go!
