Release license in PC

Hello I some Fredo6 plugins licensed but I have all my seats taken. I can't access the ones with the seats taken because they were used on my main PC which I have formated a couple times and totally forgot to release the licenses before I did the reformat. How can I go to release the seats in all my current licenses so I can start using them again in my PC?
