Technical isssues with Trimble?

I booted up mu PC this morning and launched SKP only to be given a user agreement to accept followed by something like "trimble is having technical issues.....and i am not authorized for this device" followed by being asked to sign out and back in again followed by SKP opening but with all the non-native toolbars completely separated off the screen and the trays missing from the screen. Was I being singled out or were other users exposed to this? Zero problems with laptop, however.

Every now and then the sign in happens to me but never have I experienced toolbar chaos.
Any time extensions are involved you can't guarantee consistent behaviour though.
