So, I find it hard to believe that you actually don't want to or have no desire to get another way of helping out any user from Turkey. So, you literally say to us; "tough luck, you should have lived in a better country, not our problem"
I'm expecting, well If I be more sincere DEMANDING a solution from you guys.

How about incorporating your payment system and your plugins directly in to the extension warehouse instead? Would solve everything.

No one has said there is no desire to serve people in Turkey or anywhere in the world.
Some countries/governments, like Turkey, made a decision to remove support for PayPal. We are not PayPal.
Lets break this down a bit more. PayPal offers secure payment processing for business and non-business users. Its an established and trusted brand. Its fees are low and defined clearly. Setting it up is pretty straight forward. Basically it ticks all the boxes to meet the needs for online sellers.
Now, lets say a country/government decides to stop access for its citizens for a large established online payment processor. No problems for government but citizens are impacted.
Solution? Add a different payment processor that is supported.
Problem-
- Fees are different than PayPal so extension price increases
- IP lookup is needed to identify Turkish IP. IP lookup services cost so extension price increases
- Backend reporting of sales to sellers needs developing to support different payment processor
- Separate payment processing requires extra accounting to occur
I could keep going but the bottom line is you now have a customer base paying more than the rest of the world because the country/government removed access to its citizens. Are they paying more because of the greed of the seller or are they paying more because the country/government decisions? It's the latter.
I've dealt with many Turkish users via email. I know you're frustrated. But in March 2022 we started this extension selling endeavour. Its taken this length of time to get the whole system to a state where the sellers are happy with the info they have to manage users etc...
So, if you live in Turkey or any other country that prevents you using PayPal, here's my solution.
Find a SketchUp/CAD software reseller or distributor in your country. Find out if they have the ability to make payments through PayPal via their network. Ask them to contact us so we can set them up to sell to you direct in your country. Now, not only can you buy Fredo's, Anton's and Mariocha's amazing tools. You are benefitting your country too. All we need is one point of contact willing to set it up and they can sell using accepted payment processors in that country.
We are already in talks with someone in Japan where PayPal is not the norm for business. Designers are struggling to get extension purchases approved. So this person has taken on the desire to fix that.
No one more than us want to see these extensions available to everyone everywhere.

Because Sketchucation Tools was denied approval when we submitted the rbz to the extension warehouse.

Is there a different way we can get a license other than paypal? Open a page in shopier, etc. Let's get it from there, at least open an etsy shop, it's starting to be a big problem now.
