Info model and 3d text don't work

Hello There
since today i can't open the information model (click does not open a window) and i can't use 3d text (one click block sketchup !) If someone have any idea, (in french if possible)

Very likely the windows are opening off screen. First thing to try is Window>Preferences>Workspace and click on Reset Workspace.
