Coastal station updated, again

And old model lost and then remodeled and re-rendered
First image is the old model and render. Second image is the new one.

...and I hate it. I'll take another stab at it tomorrow.

There, that's better.

-
That is much better. Sharp mate. -
Thanks Mike.
Better still. Someone at Raylectron mentioned I should have water if I was calling this a coastal station. Then it snowballed from there.

Somehow missed this the first time around. Pretty cool. The title does make more sense with the shoreline added
Just a few suggestions if you want to play with it some more. Not sure how you put in the trees, an actual component or a type of Raylectron proxy ? Asking as the trees are a little too “regimented” in size and spacing to my eye….. Also think if the buildings were on a small peninsula that dropped down some cliffs to the water would make an interesting pic. Just a thought. Great job nonetheless

Thanks tuna!
Good suggestions as well, but again, the limits of my laptop were reached on this model. The trees are 2D and even then still created a heavy load due to the number. Proxies don't work on my laptop. Don't know why, but I've spend hours and days trying to figure out why. No longer worth the effort. The simple shoreline is a sandbox model and it also created a heavy load. Same with the helicopter.
500,000 faces in this model and it was bogging down, badly.
