What tool should I use for get technologically achieved shape of filling between 3 non- linear edges of two plates and one tube ?

I would use Curviloft by Fredo6.

By the way, when you are drawing circles, get in the habit of dragging their radii out on axis. Yours seem to be dragged out in random directions when makes your work later more difficult.
