I already have things to change like some of the lighting but in time. Any thoughts are welcome.

Cropping of characters behind geometry dealt with and lowered the flourexcent's so they clear the ceiling etc, hope this is better.

Remove the oversized tv, the tear jerking mother and child, the rat/dog/cat and the garden/pool background, then render it and see if it is interesting.
Entourage adds to an image, it doesn't make it.

Tear jerking? Pardon? The tv is a projection type. The puppy is there for scene creation as is just about everything tbh. I don't get what you are trying to say.

If on the other hand you do not like my renders, just say so.

Something I can use is fine but you seem to be throwing excrement at the render hoping something will stick.

Have a great week btw, fulfilling or something.

Ok, it may not have been written in delicate terms but it was meant as constructive criticism, or at least a tip on how to make your renders better.
Try removing all the extras and render your model, then look at that render and make it work, then add back the extras.
This will help highlight issues with the model itself, the stairs need work, the benchtops need work and so on. You corrected the folding table between renders which made a difference, you will find other things to improve if not overpowered by the window dressing.
If you can make your scene interesting on its own it will be outstanding with the add-ons.
Check the scale of your Puppy and the garden, both seem wrong to me.

I'll go back to not responding to renders again.
