Your login to 3d Warehouse would be your Trimble login not SketchUcation.
When you registered your SketchUp license you used a Trimble ID profile. You have to use the same one, or obtain an ID from Trimble.

Actually IDK if 3d Warehouse supports direct SU 2017 connections. If you go to DL a model 2017 is one of the available version choices.

As Peter says, you need to sign in to the 3D Warehouse with your Trimble Credentials. You should be able to sign in through SketchUp. The 3D Warehouse does still support SketchUp 2017 at this time.

As for pocket screws, there are lots of hits in the Models section. Not all are pocket screws but you should be able to find what you need.

If I have Trimble credentials, I don't know what they are. Should I just create a new account? I didn't have to provide any to download the free SU Make 2017.

If you want to use the 3D Warehouse you will need a Trimble ID and password so yes, you should do that.

I must be dumb as a whole box or rocks because I can't find a way to set up a Trimble ID.

I get to a panel that asks for an email address, but whatever I enter comes back as an invalid email address. I get to this by choosing the 'set up a Trimble password' option.

I've searched the Trimble web page without success. I've come to it from the 3D Warehouse page to provides the information saying that to continue to sign in with google requires a licensed copy. I want to set up a Trimble ID and continue to use the free SU Make 2017 version.

How do I get past this impasse?

Try going to trimbleconnect.com and setting up a new account. That shouldn't require a license.

                  Thanks, again, Dave!

I was able to set up a Trimble. I got the email and verified the account and got a message saying I was successful. Now, however, when I go to the 3DW in SU2017Make and choose the sign in option, I'm given a panel asking for email address, first and last name and password. I then get an error saying that the password must contain special characters; however, I copied and pasted it from the password manager software where I got it to create the account.

I'm beginning to believe it's a case of 'you can only go there if you've been there before but you can only go once.' ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

When I try to log in to 3D Warehouse, what credentials should I be using? I thought that since I had to set up a Trimble ID that it would be those credentials that I would use to log in. I have tried that without success. I get the message shown in the attached screenshot. My Trimble ID credentials are NOT the same as the ones I use to log in here. I copied and pasted both the email address and password to avoid typos.

                      What am I doing wrong?

Did you get this sorted out?

You might need to clear your internet caches but you should be able to use the e-mail address and password you used when you set up your Trimble account.

Clearing cache and history allowed me to log in to the 3D Warehouse
