Am I the only one with this wish? OMG! -
I'm still using 2017 Make.
I was going to buy 2018, but did not for reasons I can no longer remember (money most likely) and then when I was ready to a few years later, Trimble had raised the price to an unacceptable level. So I've been using 2017 ever since.
If Trimble is not incorporating some of the more popular past plug-ins and are just fiddling with the interface, then I will never see a reason to buy.
I have no idea what I will do if Windows no longer runs SketchUp or some other change makes it obsolete. The price of 3D modeling programs is insane and Blender is.. well far too complicated.

If Form-Z free had a good plug-in community SU would have a serious competitor. Also BricsCAD Shape might one day get close to SU. I say this as a LONG time SU fan, back from v3. Competition is good for development and for the end users.
