Issue with VisuHole

Hello,
I’ve tried to make a hole in a wall (which is a Group of multiple layers) with VisuHole on Sketchup Pro 2021 and it made a hole for about 2 seconds where I could see like a grey ‘corridor’ that followed the shape of the cut. That ‘corridor’ crossed the other walls as well. And then the wall went back to its original aspect (without the cut and the corridor). And VisuHole got stuck at 50 or 60% and nothing else happened. Could you please help?

It makes the hole in the wall, with the large grey shape into the building and then it deletes everything
