Shadows export as opaque gray color

When i export as a PNG, the shadows are showing up as a gray opaque that's follwing the horizon line guess.
You can see the shadow on the ground is ok, but what's with this gray?
It's not in the model -
Your model is below the Z=0 position, that is the level those shadows are showing up at. Select all and move it up on the Z-axis.

Another option would be to turn off Shadows On Ground.
