How to delete a Scrapbook template

I made a scrapbook template and wanted to rename it. Instead it was saved as a new template. So I tried to delete the old one but cannot find anything in the Scrapbook folder?

If you saved it as a template it wouldn't be in the Scrapbook folder. It would be in the Templates folder.
