Some modeling and rendering

This is a project of my friend, located at sea shores of Caspian sea. The main concept has been benefiting the maximum view to the sea. here is the result. a 5 afternoon modeling and rendering job.

Yeas so towering... I tried to break the height by framing it using trees in far perspectives.
