Can't install Extensions

I can't install extensions in my SketchUp.
When I try to install, it shows "Oh snap! pt-BR/js/app.soy.js failed to load!

What extension are you trying to install? How did you try to install it?
What version of SketchUp are you using? Your profile says it's 2019 Free/Make but that's impossible because there is no such version.
