Purchased extension not working

Maybe someone here can help me. I purchased eneroth slicer today on the extension warehouse. The extension manager indicates it is installed and enabled. In sketchup under the extensions it shows up but in grey lettering and I cannot activate it. Does anyone have any idea on how I may get this to work. I've uninstalled and re-installed it.

It sounds to me like pilot error. In order for the extension to be active you need to have a selected section plane. You can also run it from the Context menu when you right click on a section plane. If you go back to the extension's page in the EW, there's a video you can watch that clearly shows how to use it.
