Nice work mate I know this is going to sound picky buy it looks like your model is "fat" and looks like it would benifit from being scaled in along the X or Y axis
-
Thanks, l i am. You're right that the model looks fatter than the original, but when I measure the width it comes out right. Go figure.

Camera perspective perhaps?
Looks great though!

Thanks, CJ. Changing the field of view put the highboy on a diet.

A real Masterpiece - both: in real and in your digital version
-
Both are cool!
-
Thanks for the good words, gents.

Amazing work David.

Thanks, Dave. What's truly amazing is how much real work I can avoid by making obsessively detailed models.
BTW, the Gamble House bed you showed on the SU Forum is pretty slick, too.
Best,

So. .. it's more of a fat boy than a high boy.
Sorry. had to go there. Low hanging fruit and all that.
Still looks great.
Anyway, to get really nit-picky. the fan is different in the model. Was that by design?
-
Yeah, a fat boy. And yeah, the fan is different in the model; it was as close as I could come.
