Vray Mesh Clipper Weird Behaviour

Hello! I'm using mesh clipper in vray next and I have a problem, please see attached image with red boxes. As you can see, there's this weird white cut that happens at certain doors and windows. I think I modeled these doors and windows to work on the mesh clipper correctly. This doesn't happen on the other doors and windows. Does anyone know why this occurs? Thank you.
