I have downloaded and installed
LibFredo6 and JointPushPullthey appear as installed in the extension manager, but do not seem to be available in Sketchup - either via extensions menu or as icon in the customise toolbar

After installing any complex toolsets - especially when 'libs' are involved - restart SketchUp to ensure that everything gets synced.
Also note the tools' usage notes, which explain where these tools appear in the menu-list and toolbars etc...
