Create form from polyline

Hi,
I want to know if there is a way to create a form from a polylign only quickly
My point is,
I am doing a project with lots of roads on a very sloppy land and I want to mark the separation between the road and the sidewalk by lowering the raod and adding an upstand, I used to use follow me but it is taking me forever ( lots of roads)
Is there a pluggin that allow this to be done instanly?Thank you in advance.

Hi this is good but first not free and I have lots of sperated roads and connection so not very possible in my case...
isn't there a way to just add a form to the edge of a surface?
