Import fichier DAE

Bonjour, nouveau sur ce forum je rencontre depuis hier un problème lorsque j'importe un fichier DAE, il reste invisible dans sketchup et pourtant il est bien présent dans structure, il n'est pas masqué ni verrouillé . J'ai mis à jour mes pilotes NVIDIA mais rien y fait. Pour information, l'importation d'un fichier SKP ce passe très bien.
Auriez vous une solution à ce problème. -
