Error message

Dear Sketchup friends,
I am not a beginner. I had to pause for a while. I re-setup my sketchup. On the first picture the error message at startup. On the second picture you can see the extensions I have installed. I assume that an extension causes this error message. Maybe Fredo6? I thank you in advance for your help.

It's good to see you back.

So you say you "re-setup my sketchup." Does this mean you reinstalled it? If so, did you right click on the installer and choose Run as administrator? When you installed extensions, did you install them fresh from their sources or did you copy over old one from another file?

Thank you Dave. I installed sketchup new. For the extensions i have a folder with rbz Files which I downloaded a long time ago.

OK. First thing you need to do is get SketchUp installed correctly. Close SketchUp and do that now. This time after selecting Run as administrator, choose the Repair option.

Next, it would be a good idea to get fresh copies of the extensions you have. It's usually not a good idea to copy over old versions.

Do you have the Sketchucation Extension Store installed? If not, click on Resources at the top of the Sketchucation page and download it. Use Install Extension in Window>Extension Manager to install it. Then use it to download and install fresh copies of the extensions you have collected from here.

Thanks Dave. Sketchup starts now as it should.
I now have only the work to find the latest plugins.

Good news.

You might find this is a good time to do some house cleaning. Only install those extensions that you actually use. Make sure you install them through the Sketchucation Extension Store and the Extension Warehouse. They'll automatically be installed correctly and both tools will keep track of the extensions so that you can be notified when they get updated. When you update to the next SketchUp version, those tools will make it easy to get the extensions again because they can download and install any extensions you installed with them previously.
