Bugsplat every time I remove a light in V-Ray

Anyone else having this issue? 100% of the time whether I am using the "broom" to remove unused lights or simply "right" clicking and deleting an individual light.

Everything works fine when deleting materials in VRay...it's only when I try to delete lights.
