Exporting as exr problem.

Is there a way to export lense effects channels from vray frame buffer as exr images if main rendering is not done on my machine?. scenario. Image is rendered via vray cloud as multiple exr images, main image loaded at later date into vrfb and lense effects applied. when i save image channel as exr format only a small portion of the image is saved, if I save as any other format( ie, tiff, png, jpeg etc its all there at full frame size)
