Covert to Components?

You've made a group and duplicated multiple identical versions, then you realise 10 minutes later... hmm, it would have been a lot better if these were components.
But it's a catch 22 as to whether you should undo your current progress and lose 10 minutes, for the sake of hopefully gaining 10 minutes if and when you make changes to those groups.
Basically, is there anyway to convert multiple individual groups into multiples of the same component... or a plugin that converts them?

Once you convert them to components you can select them all and replace them with one component. -

Box has it in one. I avoid that ever happening by always making components instead of groups. I've never yet wished I'd made a group instead of a component.
