3d Warehouse - older versions
-
I'm using v2016 for SU. Is it a new feature that I can't access the 3d Warehouse from SU any longer--or is it just me?

SketchUp 2016 and older use Safari on Mac. It may be that you need to clear the caches.
What OS version?
You may find that you'll need to upgrade SketchUp due to the way browsers and websites are changing. Windows users can expect that later this year they won't be able to access the 3D Warehouse at all from SketchUp 2016 or earlier. SketchUp 2016 and earlier use Safari on Mac and Internet Explorer on Windows. With SU2017, they changed to using Chromium which makes things easier for compatibility.

Thanks, I didn't realize a browser was involved. I only use Firefox so I may have neglected Safari. El Capitan 10.11.6

Prior to SU2017 they used the browser supplied by the operating system so it's always been important to keep the OS-supplied browser up to date. That gets to be a problem when the OS is out of date and not getting supported anymore.
