VRay render material reflection problem

Hallo guys, its not first time I have such problem with some material, but does anybody know what can help me ? I have SU Pro 2017 & VRay 3,4
When you look on the floor in the picture, you can see bad appearance of reflections, its very noisy despite hours and hours of render, all the image is good after 4hrs but the floor still wrong, i dont know where the problem could be...please help somebody

im trying everything but not working correctly....
through the render time it´s more and MORE NOISY
