Missing RGB channels

Hi,
I hope to get some help please - I am new at vray.
I am having issues with rendering - i recently had to reinstall vray as i accidentally deleted the files (latest version on sketchup prop 2018) but a file i was working on will not render and i can see that i am unable to select any channels (rbg etc in buffer window - hence why it wont render.Im hoping this is something small - perhaps something is switched off? It is just in this file as it all works fine in other files, but if i import that model into a working file it then stops rendering - i expect something within the file could be an issue.
