Vray Frame Buffer History Freezing and Error

Hello everyone...
i have a problem about vray frame buffer history.
i cant access it. when i clik on icon history "H" in VFB my sketchup become error. then i tried to klik in empty space, sketchup become not responding.
i try to uninstal and instal again my vray sketchup, but it cant solve my problem.please help me to solve my problem.

I have the same problem and still didn't find the answer.. Some time ago it worked fine :

I have the same problem with Sketchup 2017 and V-Ray 3. The V-Ray demo worked fine. After acquiring a licence and opening for the first time the History panel, it crashed. Now I can't open the FB anymore. Even reinstalling Sketchup and V-Ray.
Could you solve your issue? -
Hello,
1- C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Chaos Group\V-Ray 3.4 for SketchUp*FrameBufferState.fbs* (Delete this file)
2- Reinstall vray. -

i cannot locate the chaos group folder in my appdata/roaming folder. how am i suppose to find FrameBufferState.fbs ?

Go to search and type the name of the file, make sure yo select the "this pc" option to search, that works for me.
