Overall I'm liking what you have going on in both images. Now for a couple of comments..... I think I'd power up the can lights in the ceiling or the drop fixture to get a little more accent light in the kitchen itself. For the life of me I can't figure out what's supporting the island counter top ? Looks like it just floats in the air ? Biggest thing for me on a personal taste note is the bar stools..... their just not working for me.... Otherwise a very nice scene going on ๐Ÿ‘ .

Thanks for the feedback, always a positive. I was trying for a daylight render and will have to crank up the light values further yet. The bar stool is an oldy and I thought I would use it for giggles and kicks, it will change. The big mistake I made was forgetting to put the roof back on after alteration. Bleep. There is a small amount of light coming through the front door but not as much as I expected so that will change too.

Still not happy with the chairs and the levitating table did not make a comeback. Basically better suited textures imho.

                Possible final.

I think you've nailed it with the last one.

Thanks Bryan, I hope nobody notices the floating chairs, oops.

I also forgot to add a finish in Twilight which detracts a bit. Not being on the ball is something that happens to all of us at times but the forum here and the Twilight forum make times like these easier. No more head shaped holes in the wall this week (yet).

Another view, into the garden this time.

Thanks mate, I have decided the breakfast/dining table and stools have to go, back to a standard set/size.

The chairs and table are better reduced to normal size. Thanks to Chedda and Majid for the artwork.

                                Hello Mike,
if/when you get a chance try out Unicorn Render (unicornrender.com); in my opinion, it's fantastic how well it deals with physical-based lighting conditions and materials. Kindly note though, it's a Windows only standalone rendering software AND requires a good nVidia GPU (any 1000-series, such as a GTX 1070 or better yet 1080, 1080Ti).

                                Best!

                                Diego

                                  Thanks Bryan, appreciated.

dmatho, thanks for the suggestion but I will take a pass on that. I have plenty of render opportunities and do not miss having another, piรน tardi amico. Later mate.

Mirror with grunge map applied suitable for use with Twilight render.

Thanks Bryan, working on improving bits like the mirror with better wear patterns.
