Extrude total shapes on one time

Hello everyone,
I am design a Rolling stock with Sketchup, and I begin on 2D way, but now I wish extrude it, but problems they are some many faces to extrude, so mean waste time, or maybe lost by the size of extruding.
I guess and home they are a plug in to extrude this Tramway, on one time, than several times. Of course after extruding, I need to correct to finish the outside job.
I upload the picture to see the 2D so you can see what I mean.

Yes you can extrude all of it with Fredo6's Joint Pushpull, but it will just be a square block and won't have any of the curves that would be seen from the front elevation.

It looks like you made a nice 2D profile of the train but if you want to make that 3D and make it look right, I think you'll find you have an awful lot of work to do.
Will you show the final model straight or will you want to put it on a curve or something to make it look more dramatic?
