I have a client who wants a sink in a similar fashion to the one seen here: https://www.houzz.com/photo/11279401-modern-white-concrete-erosion-sink-original-design-by-brandon-gore-modern-bathroom-phoenix

I would like to model this for her, but and struggling to identify the best way to generate such a landscape in SketchUp.

Any thoughts on this? Plugins or techniques I could try?

      Thanks,
      Chris

To me it looks like contours for terrain. You might begin by creating a general shape using the Sand Box tools or Vertex Tools or Artisan, or a combination of them. You can create the contour lines by intersecting a series of horizontal plans with the shape you developed from the "terrain".

Looks like a pain to clean! But I guess if you can afford it you aren't the one cleaning it!
