Screen constantly shrinking

I am on Sketchup Pro 2015 on Windows 10
I am no longer able to use Sketchup as the screen constantly jumps smaller and smaller smaller.
I can pull the image back up with my 3d mouse but it immediately starts to shrink.

Or is the object on screen zooming?
Sounds like it could be your spacemouse is drifting, update the driver. -
Every time I go to Costco my TV screen shrinks...
