Why i cannot read this topic, if i´m logged in

if i´m not logged in, i can read this topic, but cannot see uploaded graphics there.
But after i´m logged in, i get a messege, that I´m not authorised to read this.and with this one it´s the same

What can i do to be authorised for this?

You need to register for your desired specialist forums.
German [Deutsch] is one of those...
It is explained in the last section of the forums page, and as it says you join using the Settings > User Control Panel > Usergroups...
