Sketchy brick material?

I don't model with sketch materials. However, a current project demand it. Anyone know a quick link to a sketchy or b&W brick material?

Don't know if this is exactly what your looking for...... Sketchy Brick in native SU Materials......

You could also make your own quite easily using Fotosketcher with an image of the brick you want to show.
This is from an image I grabbed from a Google search.

What DaveR said. Lots of ways you can go ...... one image a few minutes in Gimp the other in PhotoSketcher.....
