Work area is white although the drawing exists

New problem, opening sketchup results in a white screen in the work area even though I can run the thea studio and see the item in the window. I've uninistalled and reinstalled the program without result.
I've uploaded 3 screenshots, the first is of the program open, the second is what happens when I resize the window. The third is what the first and second shots look like when I run thea. -
What screenshots?

Is it a SketchUp problem or a Thea problem?
