Vray Light Controls

Trying Vray as I really need some lighting. I've been able to add them a render them, even though the solid nature of the light cone is annoying when trying to place, but cannot get the controls to come up via the method in Help. Keeps simply wanting to add another light when I select one and go to try to work with it. Wanted to post an image, but this software appears to want stuff from the web and I don't store images on the web.
