Hi there, does anybody know why I can't create a face in this object? I am trying to use the follow me tool around the circle to create a sort of cylinder but I can't get the face to show up. What am I missing here?

Thanks in advance for any help.

The lines are most likely not co-planar.
Draw a larger rectangle and trace the profile on it. Then delete the unwanted area around your profile.

Eric is surely right. Perhaps you can upload the SKP file so we can see what you've got exactly.
